For a limited time, qualifying lawn conversion projects are available for only $150 for up to the first 1,000 sq. ft. Areas larger than 1,000 sq. ft. are just $0.25 per additional square foot, providing substantial savings compared with typical professional lawn-conversion services.

What Your Lawn Conversion Includes

• Power raking the existing lawn to remove most grass, weeds, and loose surface material
• Preparing the existing lawn surface for mulch
• Supplying the mulch
• Installing approximately 4 inches of mulch over the converted area
• Creating a finished mulched surface that helps conserve water, protect the soil, and reduce future lawn maintenance

Optional Weed Block

Customers may also choose to have weed block installed underneath the mulch for additional weed suppression. Weed block is priced separately on a per-square-foot basis and can be selected when ordering.

Promotional Pricing

Up to 1,000 sq. ft.: $150
Over 1,000 sq. ft.: +$0.25 for each additional sq. ft.

For example, a 2,500 sq. ft. lawn would be:

$150 + 1,500 additional sq. ft. × $0.25 = $525

Optional weed block is additional.

Please note: Power raking removes most existing lawn and weeds but is not the same as complete sod excavation. Excessive roots, heavy vegetation, difficult access, grading, irrigation changes, hauling, or other unusual site conditions may require additional work or pricing.
